I have two tests this week, and then two tests next week! And homework is now beginning to snowball.

I've been busy trying to keep up. University is really different from High School. I've moved away from my hometown and I'm doing my best to live on my own, so far I haven't starved or died so I guess you don't need to worry about me too much.

Today is Wednesday so I'm excited to watch Glee, the best new television show. If you haven't watched it yet, you simply MUST. You'll be doing yourself a favour.

I'm also excited because one of my favourite fanfics has been taken off hiatus, which means that an ending is in the works and I'll now find out how it ends. Cause I mean how could one resist reading about the Akatsuki turning into cute little kittens? A wonderful tale full of laughter, and as ironic as you can get with mass murderers turning into fluffy kitties.

PYCK... is still being worked on, albeit slowly. I've had very little time to write, between school, adapting to this new lifestyle, and the lack of inspiration. I wrote quite a bit only to find out that it wouldn't work with the previous chapter, so I have to rewrite it.

But you'll be proud to know, despite having a couple new fanfic ideas that are just begging to be written that I have not even picked up a pen on it. I told myself I'd finish PYCK, so I shall. It may take longer than I thought but it will eventually get there. It's been over a year since I started it, as amazing as that is. A whole year (and like a half) now of PYCK.

PYCK is slowly coming along, although I seem to spend more time thinking about it than I actually do writing it. I've also been asked to write another fanfiction by someone I know. I'm not planning on starting it until after I finish PYCK but I've been thinking on it. My latest drabble is pretty hard to write for.

As for me, I've been worrying about my future. Trying to decide which university I want to go to. And helping plan an aftergrad party with my friends. I've been trying to enjoy what time I have left as a high-schooler.

I've been reading avidly although my anime watching appears to have fallen by the wayside for now. I tend to read about a book a day, although not always. I wonder where I find the time....

In any case, I'm alive, my plant is not dead (yet), I still have friends, I at least have plans for the future, my dog placed 4th in group yesterday, my writing is improving and I'm reading alot. So at the same time as much as I'm worried about my future, I'm glad for all that I have at the moment.

Well it was an okay break.

I went to Ontario, toured a university, played Harvest Moon and read 30 chapters of Skip Beat. And then when I got back home I went up to Camrose for a dogshow all weekend.

The dogshow was pretty good. Bolt (my dog) got his championship and Molly (another Lappie) got a 4th in group. And we managed to run into a judge who we informally taught a bit more about our breed. (I'll post pictures of everyone at some point)

Actually I managed to write a bit more of PYCK 18 too.

And then I got sick...

Hope everyone's break was good though.

So I recently had my 18th birthday!!! Which means I'm legal, I can drink and vote!! Wahoo!!

And I recently posted Chapter 16 of PYCK. Now I've successfully beaten all my previous records. Longest story, most reviews and a couple other things I can't think of off the top of my head.

Chapter 17 is proving to be a bum. But I think it can be done.

My brother also recently joined DA but I won't tell you who he is because his art is currently quite pitiful and I don't think he's even written a journal now. (Gomen Otouto-kun!!!(Sorry Little brother))

I bought a flower last weekend, and I think its dying from lack of sunlight. I do my best to give it sunlight, but maybe putting it in my room was not such a good idea since I only get sunlight in the morning. I'm watering it regularly, but some of the flowers are dying. Of course it can't fully be blamed on me, since I bought it when it was already in a crappy state.

Hopefully it'll get better. I kinda like my little flower.
